New Stores & Pop-Ups in the GTA: FashionCAN, Blogger Closet Sale + more

Shop Canadian designers at the FashionCAN pop-up

As part of the new expansion wing, Yorkdale Shopping Centre has also launched a pop-up shop of Canadian talent in partnership with CAFA. Until the end of December, select pieces from Canadian designers including UNTTLD, Feral, Lucian Matis, Mikhael Kale, Sosken and more will be on offer. Shoppers will also be able to pre-order a selection of Spring/Summer 2017 pieces. For more information on the FashionCAN pop-up, click here

Cool new launch: J.Crew x New Balance

J.Crew has officially launched their first collection of workout clothes with activewear experts, New Balance. The 20 piece womenswear collection consists of tops, sports bras, bottoms, shoes, and accessories, with prices ranging from around $20 to $250. The full collection is available to shop online and is available in few select stores. Visit J.Crew to shop the collection.

 

The Ossington Vintage Collective Pop-up is back

Vintage lovers, rejoice! From October 18th until November 6th, shop an assortment of finely curated vintage goods from top brands including The Wanderly, Wild Thing Vintage, Rally and more at their Queen St. W. pop-up. Click here for location and hours.

FiveOSeven lands new location on Queen St.

Home to cool streetwear fashions for both men and women, FiveOSeven has opened a new location in the trendy Queen St. West area. The store will have several Canadian retailers on offer, such as top brands Mackage, Soia & Kyo and Rudsak. Find the store location and more information here.

Hillcrest Mall welcomes new stores

Big changes are in store for Richmond Hill’s Hillcrest Mall. On October 20th, the mall opens its new south wing which houses H&M and Sporting Life. More stores are set to open in November, including Pandora and Aritizia. To help promote the new additions, their mobile pop-up truck will hit the streets with the latest fashion trends from their retailers. Get more information on the changes here.

You don’t want to miss the Blogger Closet Sale

This weekend some of Toronto’s hottest bloggers are hosting a closet sale, with 15% of proceeds going to Covenant House. Brand new and gently worn pieces from top influencers including Ruby Benson of @Ragsxruby and Dani Roche of @kastorandpollux will be for sale from October 21st to 23rd at The MogoLounge. The Warehouse Mall 

From October 21-23rd , the Markham Fairgrounds is turning into one big mall! Hosted by Metroland Media and StyleDemocracy, the Warehouse Mall will feature designer brands, premium products and much more, all at incredibly reduced prices.
